Debra Clark
Dr, Clark serves the community as the 2017 Recipient of the President Barack Obama Lifetime Achievement Award for over 4000+ hour of community engagement and outreach to the underserved. She also served as the former Environmental Chair for the World Chamber of Commerce and the Founder of GreenSHADES Eco-villages and Project Manager for GreenSHADES Community. Her thirty plus years of combined educational and non-traditional workplace experience allows success in designing efficiency, productivity, and profitability in education and community reinvestment projects. Debra consistently develops new business eco-models, to educate, empower and engage businesses and community.
